Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of dinewithcarlos.com and any private dining, event, or consulting services booked with Carlos Cabral, doing business as Dine with Carlos ("Carlos"). By browsing this site or submitting an inquiry through the contact form, you agree to these terms.
Bookings, Payment & Cancellations
Services are booked upon confirmation between Carlos and the client, with pricing, deposit, and payment terms agreed to individually for each engagement.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be submitted as early as possible; any applicable fees will be communicated at the time of booking.
Clients are responsible for disclosing food allergies, intolerances, and dietary restrictions in advance, and while every reasonable effort is made to accommodate them, Carlos cannot guarantee an environment entirely free of allergens.
Liability & General Provisions
Carlos is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or the provision of services, to the extent permitted by law.
All recipes, menus, photography, and content on this site are the property of Carlos Cabral and may not be reproduced without permission.
